The study of meaning and how it is received has been both dwelled on, and carefully studied with scrutiny from a number of diverse perspectives. One of the studied perspectives is a linguistic one. One the one hand meaning may be studied at three different levels. That is, through pragmatic meaning, lexicon meaning, and social meaning. In this study, applicable meaning, as a significant role, has been studied. It is found that the participants who have not had an independent role, influence meaning by their role in speech. Although the participants like other types of language units do not have independent meaning. This study analyzes phonemes, letters, spells, linkage units, morphological forms, and syntax structures each of which help receivers by means of their individual roles in speech
