چکیده

زبان و هویت، دو جزء جدایی‌ناپذیر در تشکیل زیرساخت‌های جوامع بشری در عرصه روابط فردی و اجتماعی است.در این مقاله، ارتباط این دو مقوله را بررسی می‌کنیم و می‌کوشیم نقش زبان را در بسترسازی و ایجاد هویت ملی تحلیل کنیم.این تحقیق از نوع کتابخانه‌ای است و به روش مروری انجام شده است.برای دست‌یافتن به نظریه‌های صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان، منابع مختلف از جمله مجله‌های تخصصی، پایگاه‌های اینترنتی و کتاب‌ها را مطالعه کرده‌ایم.انقلاب اطلاعات در چند دهه قبل و به دنبال آن، فرایند جهانی‌سازی که مرزهای زبانی و هویتی را در نوردیده است، به طور فزاینده‌ای بر لزوم پرداختن به مسئله زبان و هویت تأثیر گذاشته است؛ بنابراین، در پژوهش حاضر، مفاهیم هویت، هویت قومی، هویت ملی و تأثیرپذیری آنها از زبان؛ زبان قومی، زبان ملی و ارتباط آنها با هویت؛ برخی نظریه‌های زبانی درباره هویت؛ مصداق‌های زبانی‌ای که در ایجاد هویت مؤثرند و نقش ادب دینی در هویت ملی به ویژه ایرانی را بررسی کرده‌ایم.در نهایت، تحلیل نظریه‌ها و مصداق‌ها مؤید نقش مهم زبان در ایجاد هویت قومی و ملی است و احترام گذاشتن به زبان قومیت‌ها و توجه بیشتر به زبان ملی به منزله ابزار مهم ارتباط دولت با ملت و ریسمان اتحاد و انسجام اقوام مختلف پیشنهاد می‌شود.

The Role of Language in National Identity

چکیده [English]

Language and identity are two indispensable components in the formation of the sub-structures of human societies in terms of the individual and social relations. The present article is to consider the relationship between these two parameters and to investigate the role of language in constructing identity. The study was done using library and review method and related literature was collected through different sources such as journals, internet sites and books. Passing language and identity borders as a consequence of the information revolution in recent decades followed by globalization process, have increasingly affected necessity of studying language and identity. Thus, the concepts examined include: identity, ethnic identity, national identity and the effect of language on them; ethnic language, national language and their relationship with identity; some linguistic theories about identity; language parameters affecting identity formation; and the affect of religious literature on national identity specially Iranian identity. Respecting ethnic language and paying more attention to the national language as the medium of communication between nations and governments and also as a symbol of unity of different ethnicities are suggested
