چکیده

  بررسی تأثیر موقعیت ارتباطی بر انتخاب راه‌بردهای ادب   در مکالمه‌های دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی در بیرجند       عباسعلی آهنگر [1]   بتول اشرفی [2]     تاریخ دریافت: 11/10/89   تاریخ تصویب: 19/4/91   در مکالمه‌های دختران دبیرستانی در شهرستان بیرجند، تفاوت‌هایی در شیوه استفاده از راه‌بردهای ادب در موقعیت‌های ارتباطی مختلف دیده میشود. در پژوهش حاضر، راه‌بردهای ادب مورد‌استفاده در پیکرهای از مکالمه‌های تعدادی از دختران نوجوان بیرجندی را در موقعیتهای ارتباط با همسالان، خانواده (خواهر بزرگ‌تر) و دبیران توصیف، تحلیل و مقایسه کرده و میزان تأثیر موقعیت ارتباطی (رابطه بین گوینده و شنونده) را بر انتخاب انواع راه‌بردهای ادب نشان داده‌ایم. برای انجام‌دادن این پژوهش، نخست، دادههای پژوهش را از‌طریق مشاهده مستقیم و ضبط مکالمه‌های دانش‌آموزان در موقعیت‌های یاد‌شده گرد آورده و سپس آن‌ها را طبقه‌بندی و تحلیل کرده‌ایم. نتایج تحقیق، بیانگر آن است که میزان استفاده از انواع مختلف راه‌بردهای ادب در موقعیتهای مختلف، با یکدیگر متفاوت و ادب سلبی [3] در همه موقعیتها، از ادب ایجابی [4] ، رایجتر است. در‌میان راه‌بردهای ادب سلبی، استفاده از پرسش، هنگام ارتباط با همسالان و خانواده، از همه موارد، بیشتر و معذرتخواهی، از همه کمتراست. هنگام ارتباط با دبیران، برخلاف زمان ارتباط با همسالان و خانواده، راه‌بردهای غیرمستقیم، از دیگر راه‌بردها کمتر و احترام، بیشتر از دیگر راه‌برد‌ها به‌کار میرود. استفاده از راه‌برد بیان مستقیم [5] در‌قالب صورت امری، هنگام ارتباط با همسالان، از دیگر راه‌بردها و موقعیت‌ها بیشتر و هنگام ارتباط با دبیران، کمتر است. استفاده از ادب سلبی نیز در مقایسه با دیگر راه‌بردها، هنگام ارتباط با دبیران، رایجتر است.     واژههای کلیدی: ادب، وجهه، ادب سلبی، ادب ایجابی، راه‌بردهای ادب.   [1] . دانشیار و عضو هیات علمی گروه زبان و ادبیات انگلیسی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان . ahangar@english.usb.ac.ir     [2] . کارشناس ارشد زبانشناسی همگانی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان btl_ashrafi@yahoo.com,     [3] . negative politeness   [4] . positive politeness   [5] . bald-on-record strategy

The Study of the Communicative Situation Effect on the Selection of Politeness Strategies in Birjandi High School Girls’ Conversations Received: 2011/01/01 Accepted: 2012/07/09 Abbas Ali Ahangar Batool Ashrafi Abstract Some differences are observed in the manner of using politeness strategies in different communicative situations in Birjand city high school girls' conversations. The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze and compare the politeness strategies employed by some teenage girls in a corpus of conversations in three different situations: communication with the coevals, families (older sisters) and teachers and to show the amount of probable effects of communicative situation (the relationship between the speaker and addressee) on selecting the kinds of politeness strategies. To accomplish this end, first, the research data have been collected through direct observation (note-taking) and recording of the students' conversations in situations mentioned. Then the data have been classified and analyzed. The results of this study show that all different kinds of strategies are used in three situations, but the amount of their use is different in different situations. Negative politeness is more commonly used than positive politeness in all situations. Among the negative politeness strategies, asking questions is the most and apologizing is the least of all in communication with coevals and family situations. Contrary to these situations, the indirect strategies are less, and deference is more than others in communication with teacher situation. Applying the bald on-record strategies (imperative forms) in communication with coevals is more than other strategies and situation; However, in communication with teachers, it has been observed less than other strategies and situations. Employing negative politeness in communication with teachers is more common in comparison with other strategies.
